This site was developed to assist with the energy literacy of building projects. It is intended as an educational resource for understanding the building performance impacts of design decisions. This site currently includes the exploration of a multi-unit residential building in BC, with a focus on metrics in relation to the City of Vancouver’s Zero Emissions Building Plan and the BC Energy Step Code. The Building PathFinder website was developed by the Open Green Building Society.  The PathFinder interface and data was developed by Morrison Hershfield for this website through the generous contributions of those parties listed below.

This site is currently optimized for desktop. Efforts are being made for mobile device use. In the meantime, iOS and tablet users may access the tool directly here.
